  • By Vivs operates as a concierge-style wellness practice and does not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Telehealth visits can be used for wellness consultations, weight management follow-ups, medication management, lab review, and evaluation of minor health concerns such as UTIs, yeast infections, cold symptoms, and other non-emergency issues.

  • Yes. Telehealth consultations are available for patients located in Florida, New York, and California, where Avichayil “Vivi” Bitran, APRN is licensed to practice.

    Patients must be physically located in one of these states at the time of their telehealth appointment.

  • In-person services, including IV therapy, wellness injections, and injection support, are currently offered throughout South Florida. Because these services are provided in-home, appointments are subject to availability and location. Service areas and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of booking
